• Profile settings: Visit your Profile page and toggle individual email categories (Coaching Tips, Product Updates, Marketing & Promotions) on or off

Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately. Transactional emails (password resets, payment receipts, subscription notifications) are not affected by opt-out preferences as they are required for account operation.
