How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Profile page or through the Stripe customer portal. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Can I get a refund?

We offer a 7-day free trial so you can try Pro before being charged. After the trial, we generally don't offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, if you experienced technical issues, contact us and we'll review your case.
What sports are supported?

Tactico currently supports Soccer (Football), Basketball, American Football, Hockey, and Volleyball. Each sport has authentic field/court layouts and sport-specific formations.
How do I export my diagrams?

Use the screenshot button (📸) in the toolbar to export your tactical diagram as an image. Pro users get watermark-free exports and can also record videos of their plays.
Is my data secure?

Yes! We use Firebase for secure authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never store your full credit card information. See our Privacy Policy for details.
